Kynkz is an adult-oriented search and embed index. We do not host or upload video files. All visual content displayed through our interface is streamed from third-party providers via their public embeds or links. As such, Kynkz is not the primary or secondary producer of any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on this website.
To the extent visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct appear via embedded players or thumbnails, Kynkz relies on the representations of the third-party providers that such depictions are of persons who were at least 18 years of age at the time of production and that required record-keeping is maintained in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. Kynkz itself does not create, commission, or produce that content.
The records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for the visual depictions accessible via Kynkz are maintained by the respective primary producers/providers that host and serve the content. Kynkz is not the custodian of § 2257 records.

Requests to inspect records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 must be directed to the primary producer/provider hosting the content. For assistance in identifying the provider for a particular item, contact us at [email protected] with the Kynkz URL and we will supply the provider link if available.
Kynkz displays content from third-party sources. Those providers are solely responsible for maintaining § 2257 records for their content and for ensuring that all performers were 18 years of age or older at the time of production. Kynkz does not control, operate, or supervise provider record-keeping systems.
Kynkz relies on the representations and compliance programs of the providers from which embeds are sourced. If you believe a specific item involves a person under 18 or lacks proper record-keeping, notify the providerimmediately and also email us at [email protected] with both the Kynkz URL and the provider URL so we can prioritize review and de-listing where appropriate.
When a provider removes or restricts content (including disabling embeds), our index and embeds will normally reflect that change within 48 hours during scheduled refresh cycles. Rights holders should request removal at the source provider; Kynkz updates automatically after source changes propagate.
If you encounter content that appears to depict minors or non-consensual material, report it immediately to the hosting provider and notify us at [email protected]. We will prioritize review and de-listing consistent with our refresh process. You may also report suspected child sexual abuse material to your local law enforcement or to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
