Ownership of Content

Kynkz is a search and embed index. We do not upload, host, or store videos on our servers. All video content is streamed directly from third-party providers (“Providers”). All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Any video or material available through Kynkz is provided via embeds or feeds from Providers, who are solely responsible for the rights, licenses, and authorizations of the content they host.

Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright holder and believe your work is appearing on Kynkz without authorization, please note that we do not host the videos. You must submit your takedown request directly to the Provider hosting the content. Once removed at the source, Kynkz will automatically update and remove embeds within 48 hours.

For efficiency, we recommend filing with the Provider first. Optionally, you may also notify us so we can monitor the refresh cycle. Please include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Direct URLs on Kynkz and the corresponding Provider URLs
  • Your contact information (email, phone, or address)
  • A statement confirming you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
  • A statement made in good faith that the use is not authorized

Notices and questions may be sent to: [email protected]

Important Notes

Because Kynkz does not host the actual files, we cannot remove videos ourselves. All removals must happen at the source. Once the Provider takes down the content, Kynkz reflects the change automatically during our regular refresh (typically within 48 hours).

If you believe any metadata (title, description, thumbnail) infringes your rights, please contact us with details and the relevant Kynkz URLs, and we will review them.
