Takedown Policy

Last updated: 11/30/2025

Important Notice

Kynkz is a search and embed index. We do not host or upload video content. All videos are streamed from third-party providers (“Providers”). If you believe material infringes your rights, you must request removal directly from the Provider hosting the video. Once removed at the source, Kynkz automatically updates to reflect that change, usually within 48 hours.

Submitting a Takedown Request

To request removal of infringing content, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Provider’s website (linked from the video page) and submit a formal DMCA/copyright complaint through their process.
  2. Once the Provider removes or restricts the video (or disables embedding), the embed will no longer appear on Kynkz after our next refresh cycle.
  3. Optionally, notify us at [email protected] with the following details so we can track the request:
    • Direct Kynkz URL(s) of the content
    • Provider URL(s) of the original video
    • Proof of ownership or authorization
    • Copy or reference of your notice to the Provider (if available)

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed by a Provider and you believe this was an error, you must submit a counter-notification directly with that Provider. Kynkz does not adjudicate disputes between copyright holders and uploaders. Any restoration of content will depend entirely on the Provider’s process and decision.

Notes

Kynkz respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable law. Because we do not host videos, all removals must occur at the source. Our role is to update the index once Providers remove or restrict content.
