Vomitous Couple's Vomiting Frenzy

In a dimly lit room, a couple, driven by an insatiable urge, engage in a taboo act that transcends conventional intimacy. They face each other, eyes locked, as the first convulsive heaves begin. The man's face contorts, and a torrent of chunky vomit pours from his mouth, splattering onto the woman's awaiting tongue.
