Ultrastretch: Heroine's Pregnant Purging

Pregnant Scene presents an extraordinary spectacle as Ultrastar, our beloved heroine, reaches her breaking point. Her once-toned body now a canvas of swollen curves, her belly stretches taut, ready to burst. The monster within grows, its movements visible beneath her skin. With a roar, she rips her costume, unable to contain her size anymore. Kneeling, she bears down, her face contorting in agony and ecstasy as she pushes, forcing her body to widen further. Finally, with a gush of fluid, the monster emerges, a grotesque parody of a baby, covered in glistening slime. Ultrastar collapses, spent and satisfied, her body forever changed.
